Mission Statement
St. Nicholas Orthodox Academy is an educational institution founded under the auspices of the Orthodox Metropolis of Eldoret and Northern Kenya. The Academy is committed to providing holistic education that nurtures both the mind and the soul, guided by the teachings and values of the Orthodox Christian faith.
The school emphasizes academic excellence, moral integrity, and spiritual growth, integrating faith-based learning with the national curriculum. Students are encouraged to develop a strong sense of discipline, service, and love for God and others.
Through prayer, worship, and community life, St. Nicholas Orthodox Academy seeks to raise responsible, God-fearing, and well-rounded individuals who can contribute positively to society and uphold Orthodox Christian values in all aspects of life. Our school offers feeding program as part of helping the needy students have their meals which they barely have at their homes.
We have 350 students and fifteen teachers. The Metropolis being the back born of the school is currently working on constructing a multipurpose hall for the school which will not only serve the school but also the church and the community.
